Birth Empowerment with Yoga and Meditation
Leaving a situation without having spoken your mind as to how you truly feel can leave you feeling resentful and unheard. However, when you speak up, even if the outcome doesn’t change, it can help to at least have made your feelings, concerns or thoughts known.
Feeling empowered allows you the ability to make confident choices from a place of strength versus a place of fear or pressure. When you are feeling unempowered, you instead pass the control onto others and allow them to make the decisions for you.
There are many different options and ways to give birth. It is not about which path you choose, rather it is about how you feel about the choices that are made and how it impacts your birth experience.
This program is an opportunity for you to slow down and be present in this pregnancy through journaling, mindfulness and movement. These moments have a tendency to speed by without us being present for them. Although finding time isn’t always easy, think of it as a gift to yourself. Moments to slow down and pause before your world changes.
This online program includes 4 modules with 3 pregnancy specific yoga sessions + 4 meditations to prepare for birth, PLUS an AMAZINGLY feel good partner exercise.
