Day: Wednesdays live-streamed via zoom 7:30 - 8:30pm (CST)
Classes will be available for 7 days after
Dates: January 6th - February 24th

Payment can also be made by e-transfer to amandapilloud@hotmail.com. If local cash or cheque can be arranged.
*These are challenging times. If this is something that you are interested in but cannot afford right now for whatever reason. Please join the class on me.
All you need is a yoga mat and a device to see the class on.

4 Week Exercise Program
This is designed for someone who is familiar with exercise and can follow a written program without having the trainer present. (Not for absolute beginners) Are you an avid exerciser but just need someone to give you the framework for what to do? Then this might be for you!
This 4 week exercise program will include a program designed for you based on the goals, special considerations and access to equipment (if any) that is communicated to me by you, that will be e-mailed to you for you to keep.
One on One Virtual Consultation
This is designed as an information gathering session for if you want to work out from home, but have some questions on how to get started, or if you are already working out from home but need ideas on how to amp it up! Do you have questions on;
- how to get started working out from home?
- how to amp up an already steady workout routine?
- how to navigate the online world of fitness?
- do you have any injury or special consideration that you are not sure how to allow for?
- do you need motivation tips?
- how you can workout with no equipment?
- any questions you have around working out!
This one on one consultation includes a 45 minute zoom call with me where we can discuss your needs and I can check your form on specific movements that may be causing you trouble.
